Import products from CSV, Excel, XML, or JSON into a Telegram store
You do not need to add products one by one - upload the entire catalog in one file: up to 10,000 items with categories, prices, stock, and image URLs.
How it works
- In the “Products” section, download the ready-made CSV template with an example.
- Fill in the rows: name, price, category, and any other columns you need.
- Upload the file using the “Import” button - CSV, Excel (XLSX/XLS), XML export, or JSON are supported.
- Categories listed in the file that do not yet exist in the store are created automatically.
Which columns are supported

CSV uses “;” as the delimiter and UTF-8 encoding. Excel (XLSX/XLS), XML catalog exports, and JSON are also supported; columns and tags are recognised by the same names.

Frequently asked questions
If the file contains an SKU that matches an existing product, its card is updated instead of duplicated. Products without an SKU are always created as new.
Yes. In the “Image” column, you can provide a direct image URL; it will be downloaded and saved to the product automatically. The image must be no larger than 250 KB.
