Public offer
Effective from August 7, 2026
This document is a public offer for the paid tShop subscription (tshop.cc, the “service”, “we”). By paying for the subscription, you accept this offer and the general terms of use.
1. Scope of the offer
The subscription gives you access to publishing stores in Telegram, an unlimited product catalog, order intake, Customers and Analytics sections, broadcasts, and a separate Telegram bot for each store. After registration, all features are available free for 7 days.
2. Price and calculation
The subscription is charged in Telegram Stars and depends on the number of published stores in your account: the first store costs 399 ⭐ per month, and each additional published store costs 200 ⭐. Draft and unpublished stores do not affect the price. All stores have the same features.
3. Payment procedure
Payment is made through a Telegram Stars invoice sent by our bot in your chat. To pay, link your Telegram account in the Plan and payment section of the dashboard. The service is considered provided once Telegram confirms the payment.
4. Subscription renewal
The subscription is not charged automatically when the period ends. To renew it, pay a new invoice in the Plan and payment section or in the bot. If payment is not received, the store may be unpublished.
5. Refunds
Refunds for payments made in Telegram Stars are handled under Telegram’s own Stars payment rules. If you believe you were charged by mistake, contact support. We will review the request and, where appropriate, help you use Telegram’s refund mechanisms.
Applicable law and mandatory consumer rights remain in force to the extent required by law.
6. Price changes
We may change the subscription price. The new price applies to the next billing period and does not change a period that has already been paid for.
