Make sure the store status is “Published” in dashboard settings and the bot’s Menu Button in @BotFather points to your store. If the bot does not respond, check that the token in the “Telegram” section is valid and has not been revoked in @BotFather.

How to launch a store
- Sign up at tshop.cc/app and create your store.
- Fill in your catalog: categories, products, prices, photos, and store description.
- In the “Telegram” section, enter your bot token (created for free via @BotFather) and your administrator Telegram ID - otherwise the bot cannot send you orders.
- Open your new bot and press “Start”.
- In @BotFather, set the Menu Button to your store link (shown in the dashboard’s “Telegram” section).
- Publish the store in settings - it will then become available to customers.
Frequently asked questions
Check that the correct administrator Telegram ID is set in store settings and that you pressed “Start” in your bot - otherwise it cannot send messages. You can find your ID using the bot @userinfobot.
After registration, all features are free for 7 days. The subscription is then paid in Telegram Stars: 399 ⭐ for the first published store and 200 ⭐ for each additional store. See “Plan and payment” in the dashboard for details.
The self-hosted version with export and migration to your own server is in development and not yet available. If this is important to you, contact support and we will let you know when it is ready.
Write to support@tshop.cc from the address linked to your account - we will delete the store and customer data in accordance with privacy policy.
