Terms of use
Effective from October 3, 2026
These terms govern the use of tShop (tshop.cc, the “service”, “we”) - a storefront builder for Telegram Mini Apps. By registering and using the service, you agree to these terms. Subscription payment terms are described separately in public offer.
1. Account and access
You must register an account with a username and password to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all actions taken under your account. One account can manage multiple stores.
2. What you can and cannot do in the service
You may choose your store’s theme and sell goods and services where permitted by applicable law, these terms and Telegram’s rules. A product being lawful does not by itself mean it may be listed on Telegram. You must check restrictions in the countries of sale and delivery, licensing and permit requirements, customer age limits and advertising rules.
You must not list, sell, advertise or otherwise distribute through the service:
- illegal goods and services, including illegal drugs, unlawfully sold weapons, forged documents, stolen goods and services that facilitate crimes;
- counterfeit goods, pirated materials and other content infringing copyright, trademark rights or other third-party rights;
- goods, services and advertising prohibited by Telegram’s rules, and offers that lack mandatory licences, permits or legally required restrictions;
- child sexual abuse material, human exploitation, incitement to terrorism or violence, threats, harassment and other unlawful content;
- fraudulent offers, pyramid schemes, phishing, impersonation and knowingly false information about products, prices or purchase terms.
Spam and advertising broadcasts without the recipient’s required consent, unlawful collection or disclosure of personal data, malware, hacking, overloading the service and evading restrictions are also prohibited. These restrictions apply to catalogs, images, descriptions, links, messages and other store materials.
The absence of prior review does not mean a store or its content has been approved. Where there are reasonable indications of a violation, we may temporarily restrict publication or access during a review and request explanations or documents supporting the legality of the offer.
For confirmed violations, we may remove the offending content, unpublish the store, restrict its features or delete the store. For serious or repeated violations, we may terminate account access. Measures may be taken without prior notice where immediate action is needed to protect users, comply with a lawful requirement or stop unlawful activity.
If access is terminated for a confirmed serious or repeated violation, subscription fees for the unused period are not refunded to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not limit mandatory refund rights or apply to customers’ payments for goods. Refund requests are assessed under the public offer and Telegram Stars rules.
You may report a violation or challenge a restriction by emailing support@tshop.cc. Include the store link, a description of the situation and supporting evidence. We will review the request and communicate the outcome; if a restriction was applied in error, we will restore access where technically possible. Data that must be retained by law or to resolve a dispute may be kept in accordance with the privacy policy.
3. Your content and products
You are solely responsible for your store content: product names, descriptions, images, and prices. By uploading images and text, you confirm that you have the right to use them. We do not pre-screen or moderate catalogs, but we may remove content that violates the law or these terms.
4. Your relationship with customers
The sales contract is between you and your customer; the service is not involved in or a party to that contract. You are solely responsible for fulfilling orders, delivery, refunds, and payments received from customers. See the «Payments».
5. Service availability
We aim to keep the service available, but cannot guarantee 100% uptime; maintenance and updates may cause technical interruptions. Store operation also depends on Telegram server availability, which we do not control.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, failed transactions with your customers, or other indirect losses arising from use or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
The tShop code, design, and brand belong to the service. Your store content (text, product images, and logo) remains yours; we use it only to display your storefront.
8. Termination of access
You may delete your store or account through the dashboard where this feature is available, or by contacting support. Grounds and consequences of access restrictions for violations are described in section 2. We may also restrict publication for unpaid subscriptions under the public offer. Termination of access does not release the store owner from obligations to customers.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The latest update date appears at the top of this page. By continuing to use the service after changes, you accept the revised version.
